Hiring Process
At Viking, our hiring process takes between two to seven days and includes one personal interview, sometimes two. A top candidate may receive a tour of the facility and observe a Collection Representative for 30-60 minutes, as well as have the opportunity to talk with existing employees.
Employment applications must be completed before an interview can be conducted, and resumes are helpful but not a requirement. Completion of a consent form is necessary to allow Viking to administer a criminal background check. All interviewed applicants will receive correspondence from Viking with a decision two to seven days following their interview. Training classes are offered weekly; new hires usually start two weeks after accepting an offer.
Experienced Collection Representatives: We ask that you bring back-up documentation to your interview to demonstrate your success as a top producer (W2 forms, performance tracking, etc.).
