Collection Representatives

With our growth and industry trends, we are continually building our team of Collection Representatives. Our Representatives manage assigned portfolios of delinquent accounts, providing financial consultation and debt resolution with the greatest levels of respect and dignity. Collection Representatives play a key role in our company's continued success.

Experienced collectors and individuals from all walks of life, from new grads to those seeking a new career, or may be looking to re-enter the workforce, can be successful Collection Representatives. This position is an opportunity to put your entrepreneurial spirit to the test and reap some serious financial rewards. We’ll provide you with all the training you need, but to be successful you must first have the determination to build your portfolio of accounts – and it doesn’t hurt to be a little competitive.

Successful Collection Representatives have strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to respond effectively when dealing with a variety of people and situations. This position takes an assertive, goal-oriented, problem solver to create effective solutions. Sales and finance experience helpful. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
